On Saturday 23rd of November the Pavia University History Museum will be open from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm. A guided tour (included in the ticket’s price) to its permanent collection will be taking place at 5 pm.
Placed in the Central building of the University (War Memorial Yard) since 1936, the Museum provides a valuable insight into the Athenaeum’s ancient history.
The Museum’s rooms mainly house historical documents, instruments and anatomical preparations related to the history of Medicine and Physics; here resonate renowned Science personalities linked to the University of Pavia, such as Alessandro Volta, Antonio Scarpa and Camillo Golgi.

Full price ticket: 5 euros
Reduced price ticket: 3 euros
Free entry: UNIPV students, young people aged 13, visitors on their birthday, tourist guides (with membership card), visitors with disablement and accompanying person
